I saw these birds in a boutique in Orem about a year ago and I thought that they were so adorable. I searched the web to see if I could find the pattern and I did! Here is it! It is under Free Patterns on the right. The fabric used for all the birds I have seen is by Amy Butler. If I am ever lucky enough to have a girl, then I want to make a few of these to hang above the crib.

You could do it for a boy too. Just make the birds boyish. I think it is a really cool idea! It's much cuter than the pink and yellow flowered mobile we had for Ryan. :)
